• NRMA Road Smart Kids is a fun educational app using spoken and written messages to educate children about being safe on the road.

• Up to 3 different players can choose one of five different vehicles and through completing various challenges can earn upgrades. Who wouldn’t love a dinosaur head on their steam roller?

• The app makes it easy for parents to talk to their children about road safety as the 3D animations model safe behaviours.

• The app was created by road safety experts at the National Roads & Motorists Association ( NRMA)

The games your child can play

1. Car Wash Challenge - beat the time while cleaning the Van making sure you don’t splash the cat or Patrol Man Dan.

2. Eye Spy Safari – a fun digital version of an old favourite that challenges children to take photos of selected objects and to share their success with family and friends.

3. Number Plate Playroom – children create wacky sentences using a list of words, digitally draw a picture and save or share their masterpiece.

4. Go Stop go – go on a 3D animated journey with Patrolman Dan as he drives through town. On the way, learn more about being safe on the road.

5. Street Smarts – print a marker available from the MYNRMA website and watch as your vehicle springs to life in this 3D augmented reality game.
